This very special holiday home VILLA DORO is surrounded by water on a narrow spit of land between the Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. The sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away and the adventure playground is also in the immediate vicinity. The highlight of the spacious house is the studio with adjoining roof terrace. Whether it's a harbour cinema or a flight show of wild geese, ducks and swans, there is plenty of natural entertainment on offer.



A wood-burning stove, underfloor heating and a private wellness area ensure cosy comfort at any time of year. The light-flooded living and dining area of the holiday home is located on the ground floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow an unobstructed view of the Schleitreiben and passing sailing ships. A wood-burning stove and the home entertainment programme, including access to TV Now and Disney+, ensure a cosy atmosphere in the darker months of the year.



The fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers complete holiday comfort.



The VILLA DORO offers three levels of living space to relax in. The highlight is a studio on the second floor with an adjoining roof terrace and views across the Schlei to Maasholm.



On the first floor there are two bright bedrooms with a direct view of the water as you fall asleep and wake up. The master bedroom faces the Schlei and is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom offers a view of the marina and also has a comfortable double bed. Both bedrooms can be darkened. A sofa bed in the studio offers a comfortable place to sleep with marvellous views.



The large bathroom with harbour view and large walk-in shower is also located on the first floor.



The Finnish sauna with another adjoining shower is located in the studio on the 2nd floor and makes wellness hearts beat faster.



A guest WC on the ground floor provides additional comfort.



There are two car parking spaces in front of the house. And those travelling with bicycles can conveniently store them in their own bicycle shed.
