Las Maretas is located in the south of Tenerife (approx. 10 minutes by car from the south airport) and is a true paradise, full of untouched nature and wonderful landscapes. There is a small supermarket, cafés and restaurants in Las Maritas. The newly built and most beautiful beach of Arico invites you to sunbathe and cool off in the sea or to go diving or snorkeling. There are also many hiking trails that take you through a fascinating and varied landscape. For example, you can also explore some of the natural sights, such as the Caldera de Taburiente, a breathtaking gorge that is considered one of the largest nature reserves in Spain. Las Maretas is still an absolute insider tip for leaving all stress and hectic behind and recharging your batteries. 
Of course, you can also explore the beautiful island of Tenerife by car, cab or bus (there are several buses a day that go directly to and from Las Maretas).
