A cosy studio of 32 m², it can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a seating area with a kitchenette and a comfortable bathroom with a shower. The interior is decorated in soft white tones, complemented by harmonious accents in light colours, and exudes calm and balance, creating an atmosphere that invites you to rest and relax. The living room is furnished with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, where guests can relax while watching TV, fostered by the modern Smart TV function, which allows you to easily search for your favourite films and programmes, while providing a comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment. The kitchenette is not only spacious but also extremely practical, equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories such as a microwave, fridge-freezer and induction hob, allowing you to prepare gourmet meals in an atmosphere full of inspiration and creativity. In the bathroom, decorated in pleasant, bright tones, every step becomes a visit to an oasis of calm and freshness, with a central shower that will not only provide refreshment but also a moment of relaxation and regeneration after a challenging day.

There is an outdoor swimming pool on the roof, available to guests of the building from 9am to 10pm.

Just a few steps from the building is the picturesque Unieście Beach, where you can enjoy incredible views of the sea stretching to the horizon. Sports and recreation enthusiasts will be pleased to know that only 250 metres from the building there is an entrance to a picturesque bicycle path, which can take you around the entire Jamno Lake or comfortably reach the centre of Mielno. The apartment building has a private quay, which is located at the charming pier, where you can easily moor your jet ski, motorboat, yacht or boat. For the convenience of guests 2 kilometres away, there is a slip for easy launching of watercraft. The surrounding area abounds with numerous fish fryers, which are a real attraction for lovers of fresh, local specialities. In these cosy places, guests can savour tasty, freshly caught fish while enjoying the charms of the coastal climate.
