Welcome to the Leuchtturm 7 vacation rental. Just a few steps from the beautiful beach, our lovingly furnished apartment on the 1st floor offers space for up to 6 people in 60 m². There is an elevator in the building to make it easier for you to access the apartment.



Information on additional costs and fees:

The rental price is based on 4 people; each additional person pays a surcharge of €10 per night.

A private parking space is available free of charge directly in front of the entrance.

The security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded approximately 14 business days after your departure.

Electricity, water, and heating are included.

Bedding and towels can be ordered upon request for a fee.

The visitor’s tax is due before arrival.



The vacation rental has two bedrooms—the first bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed and a smart TV. The other bedroom has a cozy bunk bed that can be pulled out to the same height.



The living and dining area features a comfortable sleeper sofa for the 5th and 6th guests.



The fireplace and underfloor heating ensure cozy moments in the living and dining area. Entertainment in the living area includes a smart TV, a PlayStation, and a radio/CD player.



Enjoy the 18 m² rooftop terrace with a view of the sea and relax in the beach chair.

An electric tabletop grill is also available for your use.



From May through September, you’ll also have your own beach chair available free of charge on the beach.



The additional balcony, which catches the evening sun, is perfect for winding down the day in a relaxed manner.



In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything an amateur chef needs. In addition to a filter coffee maker, a coffee pod machine is also available.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.



All windows are fitted with pleated blinds; the bedrooms also have blackout curtains.



Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available.
