There are 2 vacation apartments in our house. The large property is shared among the guests. You have your own access to the lake, so you’ll ALWAYS find a spot. Here you’ll find absolute peace and pure relaxation.

Our “Seeoase” vacation rental is located right on Walchensee.
The house is idyllically situated directly on the lake, with its own property and private access to the lake on a larger plot of land. The property is a shared lot. Here, you’ll have the place all to yourself with your family and friends.
Let yourself be enchanted by the sound of the waves, or in winter by a fairytale landscape blanketed in white and the mystical fog that mysteriously hovers over the lake.
Find peace and quiet after a long hike, a wonderful day by and in the lake, or an excursion to the many towns and castles of Ludwig II or into the beautiful mountains of Bavaria.
End your day on the balcony, with a view of the lake or the garden, or in winter with a glass of wine in your cozy vacation apartment, and enjoy the panoramic view of unspoiled nature.
