The Schönwald-Nest is the perfect starting point for hiking, winter sports, and other outdoor activities in the Black Forest Nature Park. Freiburg can be reached in about 50 minutes, Titisee and several thermal baths in under 40 minutes.



Nearby, you'll find an e-bike rental (approx. 300 m), the Heilklima-Steig hiking trail (approx. 350 m), a natural outdoor pool (approx. 800 m), Dobel ski lift (approx. 900 m), Rössle ski lift (approx. 1.4 km), Blindensee (approx. 4.3 km), and the Triberg Waterfalls (approx. 6.8 km). The region offers about 40 km of cross-country trails and 60 km of hiking routes. Public transport, supermarket, bakery, and restaurants are within walking distance.
