The "Bachperle" vacation rental with a terrace occupies the entire first floor and can accommodate up to 9 people. We have a spacious apartment that, thanks to its central yet nature-filled location, is a top choice for both everyday life and leisure activities of all kinds. Whether you’re planning a ski trip with friends, a hiking vacation with a family of friends, or a getaway with the grandparents—here in the mountains and by the water, in our lovingly maintained Alpine home, everyone can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In winter, hit the ski slopes or cross-country trails, or relax at home with a view of the mountains. The vacation home has two vacation apartments with separate entrances. One 150 m² apartment with a large balcony offering panoramic views is located on the upper floor, and a 140 m² apartment with a terrace and a view of the stream is located on the first floor.
Traveling here and going on excursions are also easily done by train. The train station, shops, restaurants, and the swimming pool with sauna are all just a 10-minute walk away. If you want to spend wonderful vacation days with your family—grandparents, grandchildren, or friends—then the Bachperle vacation home at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser Mountains is the perfect choice for you.
The 140 square meters of living space offers plenty of room. A large living area with an open-concept kitchen, dining space, and outdoor patio leaves nothing to be desired. The four bedrooms ensure everyone has their own private space.
The two bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, a sink with a large mirror and vanity cabinet, as well as a walk-in shower or a bathtub. A washing machine and dryer, which you can use free of charge, are available.
The living area, with its spacious table featuring 10 upholstered chairs (2.50 x 0.95) in the center, invites you to enjoy social gatherings. Adjacent to it is the modern, well-equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. An antique dresser has been repurposed as a kitchen cabinet and now serves as a contrasting element to the modern kitchen. In the living area, two large sofas invite you to relax. If needed, they can also be used as sleeping areas.
The entire living area, including the bedrooms, features naturally oiled hardwood floors and underfloor heating that can be individually controlled in each room. The apartment stands out for its warm and very pleasant indoor climate. The open hallway lends the apartment a sense of spaciousness and generosity.
All three bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds measuring 160 x 200. One of the bedrooms contains an additional extra-long single bed (90 x 220) and a workspace. All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses. The bed linens are sewn in a comfort size of 155 cm x 220 cm. Upon request, one bedroom can be furnished with a portable travel crib or a mattress on a frame.
All rooms have windows, and the bathrooms are additionally equipped with an automatic ventilation system.
Free LAN and Wi-Fi connections via a Fritzbox are available (max. download speed: 54 Mbit/s). A projector is provided upon request. A TV is available.

Quietly situated by a stream, with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and a vista of the Kaiser Mountains, the apartment is nonetheless centrally located in Kiefersfelden, with opportunities for shopping, visiting the swimming pool, and dining out— all within walking distance. You can start your activities right at the front door, so you won’t even need a car.

The train station is about a 10-minute walk away. The vacation home is ideally located for a sustainable, car-free vacation. There’s a zero-waste grocery store in the village. Across the stream lies the entrance to a small nature park with a children’s playground. Swimming spots along the stream in front of the house and the nearby Hechtsee lake are perfect for summer fun.
