Private: property 500 m2 with wildlife garden. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (10 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Restaurant 700 m, bus stop 400 m, shingle beach, rocky beach 800 m.
3-room semi-detached house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Bath/bidet/WC. Top floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 folding beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Balcony, terrace partly roofed.
