Private: property 400 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 24 km, railway station 24 km, pebble beach 19 km. Marina 19 km. For privately use: tavern with dining table, kitchen (4 gas rings, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine).
6-room semi-detached house 185 m2 on 3 levels. Living room with satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Dining room. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living room with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Dining room. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, shower/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 open room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Gas heating (extra). Terrace 15 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.

Eine Sache ist uns hier Passiert ! Der Eigentümer wollte Kurtaxe von uns haben, obwohl wir dies bei der Buchung bezahlt hatten ! Er bestand darauf das Geld zu wollen (400€ Kaution) bei der Ankunft bezahlt , wollte davon die Kurtaxe abziehen ! Aber nachdem wir die Unterlagen gezeigt haben dass wir das bezahlt haben , hat er uns die 400€ Zurück gegeben !

Super Feriendomizil welches ke...

Super Feriendomizil welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.Viel Platz und ein super Pool. Wir waren 8 Personen und jeder konnte sich auch mal zurück ziehen. Sehr empfehlenswerte Kanoba um die Ecke. Im nächsten Ort ca. 5 Fahrminuten, bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir kommen wieder ! Reisetipps: Tolle Gegend! Viele Ausflugsziele in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Ausflug mit dem Schiff von Porec zu den Delfinen war ein Highlight. Sehr gute Bademöglichkeitenbei Cerva kurz vor Porec. Novigrad ist auch sehr schön und nicht so überlaufen. Das Hinterland hat tolle Dörfer. Und überall gibt es feines Essen.
