In the district of Bibione-Spiaggia 1 km from the centre of Bibione, 13 km from the centre of Lignano, 100 km from the centre of Venezia, 1.4 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (24 x 11 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 27.Sep.). Children's pool. In the house: bicycle rental. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 50 m, bus stop 650 m, railway station "Latisana (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 21 km, sandy beach 1.4 km, thermal baths "Bibione Thermae" 2.1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Oasi Naturalistica Val Grande - Bibione. The owner does not accept any groups. Beach service: During summer season 1 parasol and 2 deck-chairs per apartment included in the price. Shuttle service: Within 23.05.-11.09. free shuttle bus to the beach section 'Un Nuovo Posto al Sole' (daily every 30 minutes, from 8-19 h).
3-room apartment 60 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, kitchen corner and TV. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Balcony, 2 small balconies. Balcony furniture. Al nostro arrivo la piscina era vuota, è stata rienpita soltanto per gli ultimi 3 giorni, ci hanno fatto cambiare appartamento a causa di una rottura dell'impianto idraulico, appartamenti vecchi con un forte odore di fogna.

Due to the current health situation, the pool was out of use. Nevertheless, we can now confirm it has now been refilled and working correctly. There was also a problem regarding the pipes causing the odor, however this has been completely repaired. Thank you for your feedback!

Umgebung war schön aber das Haus war zu teuer und nicht gut ausgestattet....habe eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss gewunscht und keinen Nachbar mit 4 Hunden!?!
