Shop 600 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Finkenberg Dorf" 67 m, railway station "Mayrhofen Bahnhof" 3.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 800 m, indoor swimming pool 3.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, mountain railway 600 m, ski bus stop 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hintertuxer Gletscher 15 km.
"Gratzerhof", 2-room apartment 60 m2 on 2nd floor. Bright, cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Heating. Carpet. Balcony. Beautiful view of Zillertaler Alpen. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Es war eine schöne, gemütliche Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zur Gondel (10 min bergauf zu Fuß) bzw. zum Skibus (50m und 2 min Fahrt) war total in Ordnung. Die Küche war nur ein wenig dürftig ausgestattet und die eine Seite hatte die Straße vor dem Balkon. Das war doch manchmal etwas laut.

Hat alles was man braucht und ist nur 5min von der Gondel zu Fuß entfernt. Gastgeberin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Organisatorisch hat auch alles gepasst.

Solide Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön geräumig. Der Skibus zu den Finkenberger Almbahnen fährt direkt am Haus ab. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt aber. Gutes WLAN. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Betreuung vor Ort.

Einfache Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung war einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage zur Gondelnstation, Skiverleih und Bushaltestelle ist super.
