Private: property 2'500 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow, swimming pool kidney shaped (9 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 12.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, arbour (32 m2), terrace (5 m2), garden furniture. Heating to be paid on the spot. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises space n 3 public parking on the road extra. Shop 2 km, supermarket 9 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 3.5 km, railway station "S. Miniato F." 10 km, sandy beach "Tirrenia" 60 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km. Nearby attractions: Vinci 20 km, San Gimignano 40 km, Pisa 50 km, Lucca 50 km.
