Single-family house "Villa Toni", 3 storeys. 2 km from the centre of Kastav, 7 km from the centre of Opatija, 10 km from the centre of Lovran, 7 km from the sea. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool heated (5 x 5 m, 29 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 20.Apr. - 12.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, arbour, terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, billiard table, washing machine. 20 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 1 km, bus stop 600 m, pebble beach 7 km, rocky beach 7 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.
7-room house 300 m2 on 3 levels. Dining room. Shower/WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Entrance hall with air conditioning. 4 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Floor heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (8). Panoramic view of the sea and the bay. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). On the ground floor: room with billiard table and darts, dining room arranged as a tavern.

The house is great! The owners are very nice, they helped us even with shoppings, by coming with us in the supermarket and showing us the best places to buy things. Traveller tips: Krk Island, Plitvice park, Istralandia Aquapark

die Bilder halten was sie versprechen. I. ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gut aufgeteilt und sehr sehr sauber drum herum gibt es genügend Sitzgelegenheiten der Pool war stets sauber alles war tip top wir hatten einen sehr sehr guten Urlaub mit drei Familien und Teenager Kindern. Das Haus zu finden war leider nicht ganz so einfach und es ist etwas abgelegen aber wir hatten einen sehr tollen erholsamen Urlaub. I. hat uns auch tolle mehr Buchten empfohlen Top

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist in einem Top Zustand und wurde mit viel Liebe gebaut. Wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Vermieter ist ein "Super Typ". Jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und kocht sogar für die Gäste. Essen war mega lecker. Alle Zimmer und Bäder sehr sauber. Pool top. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir können es jedem nur Empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Alles war, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sehr netter und Aufmerksamer Vermieter. Wirklich alles war sehr sehr sauber. Kann diese Finca nur empfehlen und wir werden auf Sie auf jedenfall wieder mieten. Selbst Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt,obwohl man diese selbst mitbringen sollte. Kleine Kinder ( 0-4 ) kann man nicht ohne Aufsicht lassen, aber das ist ja schon klar wenn man die Bilder mit dem wahnsinnig tollen Pool sieht. Wirklich alles zur vollen Zufriedenheit.

Die Unterkunft ist top ausgest...

Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts und alles noch sehr neu. Wir haben uns dort sehr, sehr, wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Reisetipps: Insel KRK und Cres waren sehr schön. Auch die Plitwiczer See sind nicht weit weg

Fantastic place and the most charming host

When we arrived Ivan, his daughter and her boyfriend was there to greet us. Everyone was so kind and 5 minutes after arrival the boyfriend played Ball with our 5yo while we had a drink with Ivan the owner. What a perfect beginning of a Holiday! On top of this Ivan and his brother in law came to cook an amazing dinner to us all one day. No strings attached. They came, they cooked for us for 4 hours, and when the food was ready they left again. Honesly: they would have been welcome at the table but they insisted on going back home as it was our holiday. Great hosting!!! The House is big, clean, well equipped and located in a beautiful spot in the mountains close to both Rijeka and Opatija. I would renommend it to everyone. We were to families of 10 people and we had ample space.
