Bright, fully renovated in 2021, modern and stylish furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, dining table, satellite TV and hi-fi system. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds, shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the patio. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the balcony. Small patio 15 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Mixed feelings

This place is fantastic, especially for a family with kids. Location is right across from beach, around the corner from restaurants and the best gelato (laboratorio del gelato). However, we had a few issues that caused stress. It does not state in the listing that keys need to be retrieved from an office in Pietrasanta. I was notified 2 days before my stay that I would need to go to their office during a 2 hour window of time to retrieve the keys. Traveling by train with a family and no car, this left me frantic trying to figure out how to do this. (I would have to schedule the train just right, take a cab with my family and luggage to their office and then take another cab to the flat in viareggio.) This was unacceptable and would have severely impacted our trip. After spending hours communicating with the host and VRBO they told me they would *try* to meet me at the flat upon our arrival to viareggio. We accepted our fate and thankfully they did meet us at 14:00 at the flat. They checked us in and gave us a rundown. Then we discovered there was no WiFi! Again, time was spent communicating and they brought a WiFi router within 3 hours. Lastly, the showers work great but the water heater tank must be small. We could only get one brief hot shower before it was cold. Overall, I loved the location but I’m not sure I’d stay again with all of the hiccups.

Die Wohnung war super modern, sauber und schön. Es hat alles gut funktioniert, wir haben den Schlüssel sogar etwas früher bekommen als erwartet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, sehr gute Espresso-Maschine, Mixer, Toaster. Die Betten waren gut, Bäder top top. Die Klimaanlage war sehr hilfreich und erstaunlich leise. Die Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften genial! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Grandios! Stylisch! Sehr modern!

Das Apartment war sehr hochwertig, wurde von einem Innenarchitekten eingerichtet. Alle Details, auch die Dekoration waren aufeinander abgestimmt. (Leider nicht das Geschirr.) Wir haben das Apartment zu zweit genutzt, so dass jeder eine Etage für sich hatte (Schlafzimmer mit Bad). Im unteren Schlafraum befinden sich in einem kleinen Zimmer 4 Wandbetten, was gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. In den Bädern genossen wir sehr die Regenduschen.
