For shared use: beautiful garden with lawn and plants. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (slide, swing). In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant, bakery 100 m, café 100 m, bus stop 200 m, thermal baths "Aqua Dome Längenfeld" 4 km. Gondola lift 17 km, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sölden 17 km, Ötz 14 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
"Mathoy", 5-room apartment 80 m2 on 2nd floor. Partly with sloping ceilings, practical and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with sloping ceilings with satellite TV and DVD. 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, each room with shower/WC. 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and bath/WC. 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and shower. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Very pleasant host

Everything was tidy and clean and whenever we needed something we contacted the host and she helped us. We even had wasching mashine tabs which was not common for our previous chalets that we booked.

+ access to apart. is easy + it was very warm - the owner doesn't know English at all / an old lady - smell bad on the stairs the owner stays in the house and have 4 cats and a dog ... - all the place is old and some of the stuffs need urgently change

ausreichend Platz für unsere 7 Personen und zwei Hunde, Bettwäsche und Handtücher mehr als ausreichend vorhanden, Ausstattung teilweise neu (Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank,Herd), teilweise allerdings auch alt und austauschwürdig (defekter Wasserkocher, Toaster), jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, 2 Doppelbe...mehr anzeigen -WLAN ohne Funktion/ keine Verbindung zum Repeater möglich (der Vermieter war diesbezüglich sehr wortkarg, meinte nur, es würde bei ihm ja funktionieren) WLAN war für uns ein Hauptaus

Rewelacyjne miejsce pod kątem dostępności do głównej drogi - blisko do piekarni. Ponieważ wynajęliśmy pokoje na całym piętrze mieliśmy szansę na prywatność. Kuchnia jest dość słabo wyposażona - jest wszystko co niezbędne ale w małych ilościach, więc trzeba często włączać zmywarkę. Atutem jest duży stół w części jadalnej, przy którym można wspólnie spędzić wieczory.

Good value for the price paid

We travelled with a group of 8 people. There was plenty of space in the kitchen,dining room and balcony - that was perfect. Rooms were ok, they were tidy and clean. But... Kitchen utensils are very old and worn out. Also during our stay we didn't have wi-fi and although we asked many times they didn't change anything. And about communication-the phone number is for mother,who doesn't speak English. There is daughter that lives next door and does all communication, but she was not always at home

Décu du lieu.

Nous avons passé une semaine au deuxième étage de cette location qui était juste en face d'un grand hotel et de la route très fréquentée.Une odeur très forte de chats et littières nous était désagréable.Malgré tout,la maison était propre et les chambres avec salles de bain confortables.Attention aux personnes de plus d'un metre- quatre-vingt,le plafond est bas et les douches étroites..Bref,la prochaine fois on ira à l'hotel qui fournira la oetztal card!

Centrale ligging, maar behoorlijk veel lawaai

Het appartement zelf is proper en ligt mooi centraal in het Ötztal. Tuin met veel speelmogelijkheden voor (kleine) kinderen: trampoline, zandbak, schommel en glijbaan. Nadelen: het huis waarin het appartement zich bevindt, rook allesbehalve fris. Het appartement kijkt uit op de parking van een hotel en ligt vlakbij de drukke hoofdbaan van het Ötztal.

Un logement de qualité

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à Langenfeld. Cette commune est bien placée pour les départs de randonnées. L'appartement est grand et confortable. L'accueil est chaleureux et la propriétaire agréable. Il manquait juste un peu de vaisselle.
