In the resort 200 m from the centre of Aschau, 3.5 km from the centre of Zell, 4.5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a sunny position in the residential district. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 200 m, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 500 m, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 3.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, mountain railway 4.5 km, ski lift 4.5 km, slopes, ski bus stop, ski school 200 m, sled run 10 km, cross country ski track 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 4.5 km, Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach 4.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.
4-room apartment 70 m2 on 1st floor. Practical furnishings: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with hand-basin. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony, patio roofed, small garden, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Amazing views from a quite Apartment

We booked this apartment last year to bring our 1 & 2 year old to the snow for the first time. We wanted somewhere quiet but close to town for them to enjoy. The apartment was lovely and sitting on the balcony in the morning/evenings looking at the snow covered mountains was so relaxing and peaceful. There was plenty of room for us and the boys to roam around. There is also a lovely little playground by the train station.

Nette woning

Nette en schone woning, is iets gedateerd, prijs verhouding tot andere woningen goed. Hogere skipistes zoals hochfugen goed te bereiken met gratis bus en of eigen auto op 17 km. Supermarkt lopend te doen (is wel prijzig) Tip als je eens dagje niet wil skieën, Swarovski museum!

Gemütliches Apartement

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Skiurlaub in Aschau. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren auch sehr nett!

Die Unterkunft war ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß. Bad war klein und nicht modern. Dusche müsste erneuert werden. Fernseher war klein. Wlan funktionierte nicht bei uns. Trotz Gespräch mit den Unterkunftseigentümern wurde dieses nicht behoben. Preis der Unterkunft war in Ordnung.

Das Wifi funktioniert einwandfrei, wenn die Einstellungen, die der Vermieter vorgenommen hat, nicht wieder verändert werden.

einfache doch schicke und super gelegene Unterkunft

Simpler Check-In bei Vermieterfamilie im selben Haus. Schöne Ferienwohnung, einfach eingericht, sauber, großer umlaufender Balkon, perfekt für ein Bierchen oder einen Kaffee am Nachmittag nach dem Skifahren.

Wie man sich eine Ferienwohnung vorstellt

Wurden freundlich Empfangen und konnten auch schon eher Anreisen. Schöne Wohnung mit großem Balkon und schönem Ausblick. Super guter Zugang via Bus/Bahn in alle Skigebiete des Zillertals. Kann man nur empfehlen

Familien Ski Urlaub

Wir waren zu fünft in dieser Ferienwohnung und wurden positiv überrascht. Schlafzimmer wie auch Küche/Wohnraum sind sehr gross entsprechend auch angenehm um sich auch mal ins Zimmer zurückzuziehen. Die Wohnung bietet keinen Luxus aber entspricht der Erwartung einer Ferienwohnung. Es sind keine Mängel zu erwähnen.
