Property composed of main house and outbuilding 600 m from the centre of San Alessio, 5 km from the centre of Lucca, in a sunny position, 30 km from the sea, 30 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with plants and flowers, meadow, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 07.Oct.). Table tennis, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: bicycle rental. Breakfast and half board possible on request (extra). Parking on the premises.
