For shared use: property 2'000 m2 with trees. Private: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower (swing). In the house: washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 6.1 km, pebble beach 28 km. Marina 28 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Entrance hall. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Forced-air heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. Entrance hall with air conditioning. Shower/WC. Terrace 55 m2, 2 terraces. Huge disappointment

This house was dirty everywhere. It smelled bad indoors and outdoors... dead insects in the kitchen. Old food on the plates, glasses, cutlery and the stove. The pool was green and completely unusable. Paint was falling from the ceiling. There were spiderweb on the walls in every room. Kitchen and Bathrooms were dirty. We have pictures of everything. And there was no help from Interhome. I strongly recommend you choose a different travelcompany.

We are sorry to hear that the property did not meet your satisfaction. As for the pool issue in this comment, the owner took care of it immediately and guest was able to use it during the stay. The owner should be shown any cleaning issue on the spot, as he receives guests on arrival, to walk them through all the rooms and facilities, to show guests how everything works. He gives guests the opportunity to ask questions and point out any concerns, to be fixed immediately. Therefore, everything is resolved. Please rest assured that housekeeping is not an issue for this place, especially since we take note of all guests' comments and improve where we can.

Wir sind enttäusch

Wir sind enttäuscht. Die Schlafräume kann man bei den Temperaturen nicht benutzen. Auf dem Fenstern sind keine Fliegengitter und ist extrem heiß. Keine Klimaanlage im Schlafräumen vorhanden. Wenn man die Fenster aufmacht, sind die Mücken sofort drinnen. Der Pool ist unsauber. Kann sein dass sehr viel chlor im Wasser ist. Den Boden kann man nicht ersehen. Wir haben die Matratzen aus dem Bett genommen und nach unten in den Aufenthaltsraum verlegt wo Klima vorhanden ist. So war das auszuhalten.

Was für ein gelungener Urlaub

Dank unseres herzlichen und fürsorglichen Herbergspapa Josip war unser Urlaub in Istrien unsbeschreiblich erholsam. Die Herberge liegt zwar nicht im Tourismuszentrum der Westküste aber dafür war jede Fahrt zu den Hightlights gleichweit und nicht länger als ca. 40-50km von Josip entfernt . Daher wohnt man bei Josip im besten, sehr ländlich geprägten Örtchen. Vor Ort kann man jetzt sogar bequem einkaufen und im Nachbardorf excelent speisen. Wir geben Josip fürs rundumwohlfühlen 5 von 5 Sternen.

Pool super, Spülmaschine+Klima oben kaputz

Das Haus war ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Die Matratzen waren gut. Die Klimaanlage unten hat super funktioniert. Allerdings war die Spülmaschine kaputt, die Klimaanlage oben hat nicht gekühlt und die Dusche ist öfter von selbst angegangen. Ausserdem war das Haus sehr schlecht geputzt. Das 3. Bett oben war bei jeder Bewegung am Knarren.

Sehr zufrieden

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, alles super. Küche gut ausgestattet so das man auch mit kleine Kinder gut wohnen kann. Der Besitzer kann weder englisch noch deutsch, trotzdem kann man sich gut verständigen. Er war sehr nett und Gast freundlich, und sehr bemüht. Das Pool war sauber.

Sehr Sauberes Haus

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, fern ab vom Tourismus. Der Pool und das Haus waren sauber und gepflegt. Am Pool gab es viele Obstbäume, die für eine idyllische Atmosphäre sorgten. Der Besitzer wohnt mit auf dem Hof , kann kein Deutsch oder englisch. Die Verständigung klappte trotz all dem. Er war sehr nett und man bemerkte in fast nicht auf dem Hof. Umliegend gibt es ein paar Hunde, die man regelmäßig bellen hört. Uns hat dies jedoch in keiner Weise gestört.

Eine gemütliche Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist in einem ruhigen kleinem Dorf. Es gibt ein nette sehr leckeres Restaurant für nette Abendstunden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gastfreundlich, leider spricht er kein Englisch oder Deutsch was mit einem Übersetzer jedoch gut gehandhabt werden kann. Er Wohnt mit auf dem Gelände jedoch bemerkt man ihn fast Garnicht und er lässt einem auch sein Ruhe. Für einen Grill abend war alles vor Ort. Ebenfalls war der Pool in einem sehr guten Zustand. Auch Sonnenliegen stehen bereit.
