In the district of Riggenbach 1.8 km from the centre of Bernau/Innerlehen, 8.5 km from the centre of St. Blasien, 47 km from the centre of Freiburg im Breisgau, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. For shared use: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Sauber, geräumig, alles da, was man braucht...die Lage ist ohne Auto nicht grad optimal, aber der nächste Laden ist in der nächsten Ortschaft, und auch zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten kommt man schnell und unkompliziert.

Accommodation was clean and eq...

Accommodation was clean and equipped with all one needs for a holiday. Location is good to explore the Black Forest. The only drawback is that I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone who is on holiday and doesn't want to sweep the floor during his stay. Before leaving, the owner was upset since there was some crumbles on the floor, in the oven and requested us to clean the apartment. We ended up cleaning and vacuum cleaning the apartment after the beautiful holiday in the Black Forest. Only after 15 minutes trying to explain herself in German, did she stop us from cleaning and she offered to finalise the cleaning herself. So, I would recommend this accommodation only to persons who are willing to use a vacuum cleaner during their stay. Apart from that, I have no regrets. Owner and landlord were very gentle.

Mala experiencia con su propietaria

Previamente he de reconocer que el apartamento es muy bonito, está muy bien comunicado y las vistas son formidables. Pero la causa de mi baja valoración es debido a la relación que hemos tenido con us propietaria y por las siguientes razones: - La primera razón es por la costosa comunicación con la propietaria ya que solo sabia alemán. Sinceramente (y con todo el respeto del mundo), me cuesta entender que una persona que su trabajo està en el sector turístico no sepa un mínimo de inglés (u otro idioma) y tener dicha predisposición para ayudar a sus clientes y no que los clientes sean los únicos quien tienen que hacer dicho esfuerzo de comprensión. - La segunda causa (y la más importante) fue lo que pasó el último dia. A la hora de marchar, cuando la propietaria revisaba si la casa estaba en condiciones para devolvernos los 150 euros de fianza, no consideró suficiente la limpieza que habíamos hecho y, entre otras cosas, nos hizo limpiar a fondo el horno o limpiar hasta el último pelo del lavabo. Les puedo asegurar que, durante toda la semana, hemos respetado todas las normas de limpieza estipuladas y considero que, dichos hechos, rozan la humillación. Durante muchas de nuestras vacaciones, hemos estado en varios apartamentos o casas tanto en mi país como en diferentes países de Europa y nunca nos había pasado esto. Es por ello que, las dos familias que hemos ido, estemos reconsiderando volver a utilizar sus servicios. Atentamente,

Es War eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Wohnung War super. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieterin War sehr freundlich und hat uns alle genau erklärt was Ausflüge und die Lage betrifft. Alles in allem wir kommen gern wieder. Und sehr viel Platz, für 8 Personen genau richtig.
