For shared use: property 55'000 m2, plants and trees, swimming pool (480 m2, depth 150 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 24.Apr. - 20.Sep.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, slide, table tennis, boccia, terrace, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, bistro, shopping facilities, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Parking.
