Cosy, rustic farmhouse "Poumeyrette", surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Poumeyrette 4.5 km from the centre of Naujac-sur-Mer, 6 km from the centre of Lesparre, 11 km from the centre of Hourtin, 17 km from the sea, located by a road, in the countryside. Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop "Lesparre-Medoc" 6 km, sandy beach "Le Pin Sec" 17 km. Surf school 17 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.
"Poumeyrette", 4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV (flat screen), DVD. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senséo) extra) with small dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Large terrace roofed, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances bien reposante dans cette maison agréable à vivre et propre. La maison est vraiment charmante et bien que les propriétaires soient à côté, ils sont hyper discrets. La cuisine est ultra bien équipée, avec un super barbecue dehors Les plages sont assez loin mais finalement la maison est assez centrale pour découvrir la région. Le seul bémol est que les draps et serviettes ne sont pas compris dans le prix (comme indiqué) ce qui est contraignant.
