Beautiful, cosy resort "Le Domaine de Fontenelles", 4 storeys. 13 km from the centre of St. Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, 3 km from the centre of Coex, outside the resort, 14 km from the centre of Bretignolles-sur-Mer, in a sunny position, 13 km from the sea, in the countryside, on the golf course. For shared use: property with plants, meadow, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 27.May. - 17.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, boccia, terrace. In the complex: reception, WiFi, lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 5 km, sandy beach 13 km. Golf course (18 hole) 100 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The photograph shows a typical example. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing. Wi-fi only at the reception.

Villa Golf des Fontenelles

Villa agréable. Seul problème les lits sont petits pour des personnes qui font plus 1m 90. Il faudrait mettre des sommiers sans cadre de lit et des matelas de 2m. Il n y avait Pas de ventilateur dans la maison c est dommage .

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern und Hund in einer der Villen. Das Haus hat alles was man für eine gute Erholung braucht. Der Pool ist toll - warm und sauber! Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, rundum eingezäunt und perfekt für Hund und Kinder! Es gibt alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt Grill, Liegen, Schirm. Wenn man etwas bemängeln möchte, dann dass die gebuchte Bettwäsche nur aus Laken bestand. Aber es war ok für uns. Und die Spülmaschine hat nicht gut gereinigt.

Sehr schmutzig

Garage sehr, sehr schmutzig. Auf Waschmaschine und Trockner dicke Staubschicht Wurde lange nicht sauber gemacht. Im Haus genauso, Küche dreckig, Bäder nicht sauber, Tisch im Wohnzimmer nicht sauber. Also das ganze Haus verschmutzt.

Wonderful place spoilt by service

Told to call 24 hours before arrival which we did. Voucher stated reception open until 20.00hrs. We had to call 1 hour before arrival, called at 18.15hrs to be told they closed at 19.00hrs, keys would be left in a box at reception. Collected the keys and arrived the property really needed a good deep clean not totally impressed, Then no bedding or towels that had been ordered, manager did deliver to us when called. No remote provided to get out of security gates!!! gardner let us out. At reception on the Tuesday the service was very poor with the senior receptionist not helpful in any way just a French shrug of the shoulders. Having owned a farmhouse in the Vendee for 20 years and having played the golf course many times in 90's was so disappointed in the management and the lack of understanding and information between the booking agent and the on site management. Reported an alarm going off on a villa 3 times was still going off the day before we left. Swimming pool and tennis courts on site closed??? Major work being carried out on the apartments but not informed. The villa was everything we expected light airy and a good location. Did expect Wifi in this day and age and no remote for the TV until the following day. The interior is very tired, the material on the dining room chairs is falling apart and need replacement. How an oven can be provided but no oven gloves is a danger, no tea towels only four dishwasher tablets, We went out and purchased tea towels. No cleaning liquid for the toilet or the bathroom and kitchen. We purchased these items and did a deep clean before we left. All in all a good location good villa spoilt by the lack of professional service or caring about the customer, who is always number one as the customer is the reason they have a job. Will probably return to the area but will make sure the agents understand customers needs and requirements. Wonderful location and villa in need of attention and dismiss the on site management

Via Home away geboekt, echter was ondergebracht bij Madame Vacance. Het huis was niet de getoonde woning zoals in advertentie, zeker niet qua interieur. Dat was voor ons erg belangrijk ivm het conform voor een heel ziek persoon. Het huis was vies! Dames bij de receptie erg ongeinteresseerd. Geen instructies mbt zwembad alarm, diverse keren 1ste nacht afgegaan. Het weer was goed en de Golfbaan prima!

A l'arrivée l'accueil n'avait aucune coordonnée à part mon nom de famille et l'on nous a attribué une autre villa PAS CELLE EN PHOTO. PAS d'état des lieux contradictoire, un questionnaire à remplir seuls à l'arrivée !!! (j'ai pris des photos!!!) état des lieux de départ .... à part regarder le frigo et tiroirs vaisselle pas d'état des lieux non plus ! De toute façons c'était plus propre qu'à l'arrivée !!!! On avait réservé une télévision et pas de chance la parabole française était HS (dû à la tempête 15 jours avant) donc juste la BBC en anglais !!! et le WIFI que dans les locaux de l'accueil ! Problèmes : *de propreté (poussières le rail de la baie vitrée n'avait jamais été lavé (je l'ai fait), tâches sur le canapé (enlevées d'un coup d'éponge), aspirateur plein et bouché (1 heure à le nettoyer et le déboucher il y avait l'équivalent d'une perruque dedans), sachet de bonbons entre le matelas et l'alèse qui aurait due être changée entre 2 locations, toiles d'araignées au plafond cathédrale, dessus de chaises couverts de tâches resto-verso) *d'entretien général (regard cassé, pelouse pas tondue, papiers peints déchirés décollés, porte papier wc sous lavabo pas installé, attaches volets cassées, hublot du luminaire d'entrée disparu) Concernant la piscine pas nettoyée avant notre arrivée nettoyage fait, on a réussi à se baigner 2 jours, car ensuite bouillon de culture (la pelouse a été tondue en notre absence et l'herbe s'est retrouvée dans la piscine) malgré notre demande personne n'est revenu la nettoyer (on l'aurait bien fait mais aucun matériel d'entretien à notre disposition) je me demande si elle a été nettoyée après notre départ à 10h30 et avant l'arrivée des nouveaux vacanciers à 16h00 ? pas sûr (comme à notre arrivée !) et le système d'alarme de la piscine qui se déclenchait toutes les 2 heures (pendant 2 jours) avant que l'on obtienne l'aimant pour la désactiver. en résumé : MINABLE Dommage !...
