For shared use: property with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (21 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 31.May. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool. In the complex: reception, internet access, fitness room, table tennis. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 900 m, bus stop 1.2 km, sandy beach "Moriani-Plage" 150 m. Please note: car recommended. Main road 80 m from the property. The photograph shows a typical example. Wifi only at the reception.

Wir hatten eine neu renovierfe...

Wir hatten eine neu renovierfe Wohnung, uber den Winter 17/18 sollen weitere Wohnungen renoviert werden. Wohnung ist für maximal 6 Personen ausgelegt, bei Vollbelegung kann es im Bad und mit Schranken etwas eng werden. Wir waren mit 2 Erw. und 2 Kinder dort, Ausstattung und Grösse der Wohnung war für uns voll ausreichend, Einrichtung war neu, alles sehr sauber. Lage am Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei und Spar–Supermarkt) in 100m Enferung vorhanden

Betreuung vor Ort sehr freundl...

Betreuung vor Ort sehr freundlich.Die Wohnung war risch renoviert, dementsprechend roch es sehr stark nach Farbe. Einrichtung sehr spartanisch. Es war nichts vorhanden, aber auch gar nichts (kein Geschirrtuch, kein Putzlappen, nicht mal 1 Rolle Klopapiervom Vorgänger). Die Zimmer sind klein, ca. 30 cm Platz rings um das Bett! Die Anlage ist mehrstöckig, Pool soweit in Ordnung. Fazit von uns, wir würden diese Anlage nicht mehr buchen. Reisetipps: Moriani ist als Dorf sehr bescheiden. In der Nähe gibt es einen Wasserfall (Bergstrasse) der sehenswert ist und zum Baden einlädt (gutes Schuhwerk von Vorteil). Ansonsten gibt es da halt noch Bastia.

Missing the small things

Great apartment in a great location but there is no iron, no dish soap, condiments etc that we have usually found in other apartments/villas in Europe. Lovely to have air conditioning though.

Honest Recent Review My wife and I planned to stay here with our two children aged 2 and 6 months. We arrived within the allowed check in times to the reception but was closed advising they were closed between 12-3pm ( has we known we would have not rushed there with the kids) resulting in us sitting in the car for over and hour! Upon check in, no one spoke English, we paid the deposit as insisted in cash, we then had to pay further for towels and bedding and an extra to upgrade the room. No one offered to help me carry the two travel cots we had hired, all the bedding and towels. Which resulted in 4 trips back and forth. No lifts and we were on the second floor! Which was impossible with suitcases and pushchairs. The room was fine, but very basic and poorly finished. No kettle in the room or available to hire. Nothing at in the room i.e toilet paper, soap etc When I say there is nothing to do in the local area I really mean it! Most of the restaurants and shops were closed, opposite was a spar shop and pizzeria and a couple of restaurants near the beach front that all sell the exactly same food. Apart from that there really is nothing close by to do or see. The pool was freezing, not child friendly or safe with young children. The beach was dirty and again not child friendly. Imagine your camping in a basic, depressing cold, cloudy site but have four walls and a bed and you get the idea. It was that bad we cut our holiday short after just two days and found flights home. The staff did nothing to help, nor willing to refund the money paid for the upgraded room which was charged at a nightly rate. Be warned and don’t bother wasting your money or time. To be honest I would be reluctant to return to Corsica with young children and stick to Greek or Spanish islands that are geared up for families and make you feel welcome!

Groß und sauber

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und sauber, in der Küche wäre ein Schneebesen gut gewesen :) Der Pool ist schön, Lage und Strand ist gut, leider gab es keine Strandbar in der Nähe und eine Klimaanlage hätte gut getan.
