Beautiful, rustic, comfortable mas "Mas des Lavandes", surrounded by trees and meadows. 5 km from the centre of Lorgues, 20 km from the centre of Draguignan, 40 km from the centre of Saint Raphael, in a secluded position, 40 m from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 2 ha with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, meadow, swimming pool (14 x 6 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Pool house with fridge and cooking stove, table tennis, boules, terrace. 3 km long narrow motor access. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 13 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km. Nearby attractions: Abbaye du Thoronet, Grottes de Villecroze, La cascade de Sillans, Calanques de Cassis, Tourtour, Moustiers Sainte Marie. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte Croix 50 km. Hiking paths: Gorges du Verdon. Please note: car recommended.

Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Electric heating, gas heating. Terrace 50 m2, porch 10 m2. Terrace furniture. View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Great family holiday

This is a wonderful house, with lots of space and facilities. Despite the heat outside the indoors remained cool, which was lovely. The outside space was great, and especially the pool which was loved by all. The property manager was welcoming and very helpful. The only downside was the mosquitoes. We all got bitten ( even those who are ‘never bitten’! ) Take plenty of antihistamines and repellent! But really don’t let this put you off this is the perfect holiday home for a family group or friends.

séjour très agréable

maison spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée avec une piscine grande et eau délicieuse ; une maison de campagne à l’abri de grands chênes qui fait envie. Nous avons été pleinement satisfaits.

Belle maison mais nous avons rencontré des pannes d’électricité, d’eau et le wifi était peu performant. La piscine n’a jamais été nettoyée lors de notre séjour.

starý dům, příjezdová cesta náročná

Zahrada a bazén úžasné. Ovšem dům byl velmi starý, bylo nutno větrat celý den "zatuchlinu", v kuchyni všude "myšina", odpady byly velmi cítit. Velmi slabá Wifi a jen uvnitř. Venku nula. Příjezdová cesta velmi úzká, s vozem Ford Custom jsme to měli hodně náročné. Doporučuji zmínit při rezervaci "terénní" náročnost příjezdové cesty... kamenitá, úzká "polňačka".

Zeer rustig gelegen tussen de wijnvelden, authentieke mas, groot en heerlijk zwembad. Helaas wel wat afgeleefd, een kleine renovatie zou welkom zijn.

Ideal für Erholung und Ruhe

Wir würden das Haus jedem empfehlen der keinen Wert auf Technik und Schnick-Schnack und dergleichen sucht. Absolute Ruhe den ganzen Tag und auch Nachts. Super schöner großer Pool der 2x die Woche gereinigt wurde. Betten waren bei Ankunft bezogen, sofort Urlaubsstimmung. Einzige Mankos waren die defekte Spülmaschine und sehr sehr viele Steckmücken zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit. Unbeding lange Hosen und Shirts mitnehmen ansonsten kann man abends garn nicht draussen sitzen und genießen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem S...

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Schwimmbad und riesigem Gelände. wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, vor allem die 4 Enkel waren begeistert von dem großen Pool und auch von der vorhandenen Tischtennisplatte. AUch die Einrichtung und die Schlafzimmer waren sehr geschmackvoll. Wir waren wohl nicht das letzte mal in diesem Haus.

Tres bien, hormis le système protection piscine et matelas

En Négatif: alarme piscine inefficace, parfois defectueuse. Une salle de bain bouchée. Quelques matelas à changer. Positif: grande, au calme, grande piscine, entoure de nature, propre, equipé: bbq, frigos, vaiselle en quantitée. Le point d'amelioration prioritaire serait un vrai systeme de protection piscine (barriere). Un couple d'amis est passe un midi avec des enfants...
