Residence "Les Sables d’Or", 3 storeys, built in 2016. 51 apartments in the residence. 900 m from the centre of Vieux-Boucau, 8.5 km from the centre of Soustons, 20 km from the centre of Capbreton, in a central position, 350 m from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (16 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 15.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, hot tub. In the complex: fitness room, lift. Breakfast possible (extra). Communal covered parking, public parking on the road. Shop 50 m, supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Eglise (3)" 1.5 km, sandy beach 350 m, bathing lake "Lac Marin de Port d'Albret" 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, tennis 750 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing.

Très agréable séjour. Appartement confortable, spacieux, quand on est 2 personnes mais très bien pour 6 aussi. Jolie déco tout confort.Juste besoin d'un passage au karcher sur la terrasse. Cela ferait plus propre.Rien à reprocher sinon. Proximité de la plage et jamais loin des commerces, animations.

Wunderschöne Ferien!

Waren erstmalig um diese Jahreszeit an diesem Ort. Sonst per WoMo - jetzt erstmals per FeWo. Ziel war: Entspannung und Surfen. Die Wohnung/Anlage liegt ideal am Aufgang der Düne zum Strand. Im gleichen Gebäude ist ein Spar (Supermarkt), was die Versorgung mit dem Täglichen Bedarf an Lebensmitteln etc. sehr komfortabel macht. Die Pizzaria im gleichen Gebäude und auch die sonstigen Läden waren Saisonal bereits geschlossen. Wohnung ansich SUPER! Sauber, großes Badezimmer, toller Balkon. Alles Top!

Location a proximité de la plage et d un petit commerce d alimentation. Appartement bien agencé et propre à notre arrivée. En revanche le canapé lit n était pas du tout confortable, il faut vraiment changer cela. La note n est pas maximal suite au dernier point évoqué.

Conforme en tout point

Très bon accueil. Le logement est merveilleusement bien placé et surtout parfaitement équipé. Il est prêt de toutes les commodités et en même temps près de l'océan. C'est une très bonne adresse.

Location moyenne, du faîte du bruit le matin du voisinage, et d'une literie du canapé très médiocre! Appart bien équipé, mais absence de rangement. Après appel auprès de Resasol pour signaler mobilier de jardin cassé+manque dans la vaisselle, vu personne, pas de remplacement pendant le séjour de 15 jours!

Petit et bel appartement bien équipé. Avec parking souterrain. Très bien situé: à proximité de l'océan et proche du centre ville et du Lac Marin. Notre séjour a été plaisant, très agréable.

nous n avons pas eu la location demande

studio trop petit il fallait demenager les meubles pour pouvoir ouvrir le canape de plus tres mal couche car les tubes du sommier nous ont casse le dos ils traversaient le matelas .nous avons eu l impression de nous avoir mis dans un ancien garage a velos.pour 3 c etait impossible car nous ne pouvions pas mettre l echelle.un dedomagement de votre part serait le bienvenu sinon residence bien place au bord de la mer et des commerces

Logement neuf mais aménagement très décevant

La résidence était bien malgré une piscine petite, très souvent à l'ombre et un SPA sans intérêt. Le logement est certes aux normes handicapés, WC et salle d'eau sur dimensionnées , mais ne propose aucun placard ni penderie. L'aménagement du coin cuisine laisse aussi à désirer, grand frigo réfrigérateur mais pas de place pour poser les courses, tout reste au sol...enfin même pas un tiroir pour ranger les couverts... En conclusion, logement neuf mais plan et équipement très décevants.
