Wellness area: hammam, sauna, fitness room open from April to November resort "Le Domaine des Grands Lacs", built in 2010. 26 houses in the residence. 100 apartments in the residence. 3 km from the centre of Parentis-en-Born, 9 km from the centre of Biscarrosse, 80 km from the centre of Bordeaux, along the wooded area, 18 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 7 ha with plants and trees, 2 swimming pools heated (21 x 9 m, depth 140 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 11.Apr. - 07.Nov. and 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool, slide, table tennis. In the complex: reception, restaurant, WiFi, sauna, fitness room, table tennis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service and breakfast possible (extra). Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 3 km, supermarket 4 km, sandy beach "Biscarrosse-Plage" 18 km, lake Lac de Biscarrosse 500 m. Lovely place to stay

Delightful equipped appt in a house configuration, with high hedge around own garden area. Excellent access via mud footpath to very slowly sloping beach on the lake, resulting in warm water (sailing school for youngsters there). Biscarosse town (20 min drive) and its crashing waves beach (further 5 min drive) has a restaurant on the N beach, the S beach is probably the town beach. Downside: found out that you need to use their (wonky! ) trolley to unload ref PMR ppl. No mop. Mattress not firm

Centre de vacances très bon - la piscine couverte était ouverte - nous avons eu un petit problème avec le WIFI qui a été résolu immédiatement par l'équipe du village. Le village est très calme et adapté aux familles - pas de circulation en véhicule possible tout se fait à pied.

Séjour Pâques 2022

A la réservation il était indiqué que la piscine couverte chauffée ouvrait début avril, à notre arrivée ce n'était plus le cas pour cause d'entretien (c'est dommage surtout quand toutes les piscines des campings alentour sont en fonctionnement), nous aurions aimé être averti, surtout que c'est la piscine qui nous avait fait valider notre choix de logement. Il y a un snack/bar avec des heures d'ouverture très limitées car ce n'était pas la haute saison. Sinon RAS, en ce qui concerne le logement très bien, peut être mettre un peu + d'assiettes/verres/couverts ce qui éviterait d'être obligé de faire la vaisselle à chaque repas mais en fin de journée.

Liste des équipements mensongère

Quelle déception d’avoir sélectionner ce logement pour ses deux piscines, le sauna ainsi que le jacuzzi et d’apprendre à notre arrivée que ces équipements sont indisponibles car en travaux…. Cette annonce est donc pas correcte et du coup le prix bien moins attractif…. Nous attendons une réponse d’ABRITEL pour ce désagrément…

soucis entre la publication de prestation et la réalité et seule la responsable du domaine des lacs. Mme M. a été à l'écoute et a été très agréable et réactive et a d'ailleurs pris contact avec vous. Car plusieurs appels dont un avec un collaborateur de vos services mal aimable et personne n'a pas voulu écouter ma réclamation. Du coup nous avons été surclassé donc je réponds sur celle location Peinture etc a revoir Je note clientèle pour interchalet par contre service vacanceole super

Correct pour un 3 étoiles

La résidence est bien équipée, très calme avec quelques activités faisable sur site dont 2 belles piscines. L'appartement est quand à lui correct pour une famille de 4 personnes mais pour ce qui est du couchage pour les parents, le matelas est une horreur pour le dos, même pas 10 cm d'épaisseur et pas du tout ferme (on peut limite sentir les lattes du sommier). Les ustensiles pour la cuisine sont à mon avis un peu juste en quantité, porte vitrée donnant sur la terrasse mais poignée cassée !
