Cosy, comfortable farmhouse "El Zapo", surrounded by trees and meadows. 3 km from the centre of La Herradura, 4 km from the centre of Almuñécar, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1.6 km from the sea. Private: property 4'000 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, orchard, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 140 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 20.Mar. - 01.Nov.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, barbecue. 250 m long bumpy, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Carretera de Almería" 4 km, pebble beach 1.6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
