2-family house "Mas de la Gourmette", surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 km from the centre of Chateaurenard, 13 km from the centre of Saint Rémy, 12 km from the centre of Avignon, in a quiet position, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1 ha, garden, courtyard. Private: property 1'500 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) round (2,44 m diameter, depth 60 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. and 15.Sep.). Terrace (200 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.1 km, bus stop "M.I.N" 600 m, sandy beach 75 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Carrières de lumières 21 km, Fontaine de Vaucluse 32 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.
"Mas de la Gourmette", 4-room apartment 90 m2 on 1st floor. Simple and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room 30 m2 with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining nook and TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Large balcony 16 m2. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, sitting area, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

A quiet, spacious location and friendly hosts

The house is situated on the edge of Chateaurenard. Nonetheless, it is only a few minutes drive to the bakery and the supermarket. A very good base for exploring Provence - Avignon is only a few kilometres, and many of the highlights are only a short drive away. It is quiet, clean and well-equipped, with the nice-to-haves of a holiday home: dishwasher, washing machine and wifi. There is a table and chairs to sit outside, and parking space in front of the house. A small pool is available during the season. The Bouchet family and Titou gave us a warm and friendly welcome, and provided lots of information for visiting, shopping, eating out – although the market in St. Rémy was very full. All-in-all, we enjoyed 2 weeks in Chateaurenard (either re-visiting known places or discovering new things), and can highly recommend this holiday home for people who wish to have a quiet location in close proximity to the sights of Provence. Perfekt für Familien

Ländlich, ruhig und doch zentral gelegen für Ausflüge, gut ausgestattet, reichlich Platz, auch auf der Terrasse und im Garten. Ganz herzlicher Empfang und gute Tipps vom Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine entspannte Ferienwoche genossen. Der Abschied von Titou, dem weissen „Hauspferd“, ist uns schwer gefallen, besonders unserer Tochter. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Séjour agréable à la campagne

Des propriétaires charmants, de délicates attentions, de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous avons pu rayonner, découvrir l'Abbaye de Frigolet, le Pont du Gard, les Baux de Provence, Avignon... Nous vous recommandons cette location bien équipée avec un extérieur agréable.
