Farmhouse "Umbichl", from the 18th century, renovated in 2020. Above Uttendorf 5 km from the centre of Uttendorf, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the lake, 20 km from the skiing area. For shared use: garden. Children's playground. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. 3 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "Uttendorf Bahnhof" 5 km, railway station "Uttendorf" 5 km, bathing lake 4 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, ski lift 20 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sportregion Zell am See 20 km, Weißsee 22 km, Wildkogel Arena. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Please register dogs in advance!

Shower, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Wooden floors. Dom jest czysty, ciepły, odnowiony, bardzo dobrze wyposażony w kuchni, jest wszystko czego potrzeba. Wystarczająca ilość łazienek na te liczbę osób. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni,pomocni. Dojazd do posesji jest wymagający bo jest wąsko i wysoko. Dom położony na uboczu, z dala od ruchliwej ulicy, jest duży komfort spania. Piękne widoki. Polecamy!!

Haus ist echt super renoviert, Zimmer ganz neu eingerichtet mit jeder Menge Stauraum, Bäder sind ebenfalls neu. Das Haus ist mehr als sauber, in der Küche fehlt es an gar nichts, alles da was mann so braucht. Die Familie ... ist sehr freundliche und kümmert sich liebevoll um seine Gäste. Zu so einer netten Familie kommen wir sicher wieder.

Simply excellent accomodation

We (3 families) spent a marvelous week on this chalet located on the family farm. The hosting family was extremely pleasant (e.g. bake a great cake and takes our kids for mushrooms:). The chalet is spacious, very clean and comfortable, host superb terrace with great views over the valley and its located in a very quite place in the forest. The kids enjoy pets on the farm (especially small cats were simply the best!!) and riding a ponny!

Alles bestens!

Sehr nette und engagierte Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gemütlich. Gut geeignet für größere Reisegruppen. Ideal für Urlaub mit Kindern, da es einen Spielplatz und Mini-Streichelzoo gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
