For shared use: property (fenced), swimming pool heated (7 x 20 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, boccia. In the complex: reception, breakfast room, sauna, fitness room, massage (extra). Steam room, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Breakfast (extra). Parking (limited number of spaces), communal covered parking. Shop 300 m, restaurant, sandy beach "Bonporteau" 700 m. Please note: residence with electric gates.
