Welcome to a place where the sea sets the pace and every day begins with a special view. Our modern, high-quality vacation rental is situated in a unique location with sweeping views of the North Sea, the Mittelbrücke, and the lively promenade along the Sandwall.

The moment you step inside, you’ll feel the relaxed atmosphere of this special apartment: bright rooms, contemporary design, and lovingly selected details create an ambiance where you’ll feel right at home and leave your everyday life behind. Large windows let in plenty of light and offer an unobstructed view of the ever-changing interplay between sky and sea.

Two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double box-spring beds ensure restful nights after long walks on the beach. One of the bedrooms features an en suite full bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and bidet—a place to unwind and relax. A separate shower room provides additional comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to shape your vacation at your own pace—from a leisurely breakfast with a view of the sea to cooking together in the evening. The spacious living and dining area will quickly become the heart of your stay: for cozy moments, good conversations, and relaxing evenings with satellite TV. Right next door is the second bedroom with a sea view and a cozy reading and reclining chair—perfect for quiet moments all to yourself.

Die FeWo ist super schön gelegen und sehr zentral. Am Service gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Als

Die FeWo ist super schön gelegen und sehr zentral. Am Service gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Als Hinweis für zukünftige Mieter, die noch nicht in Wyk waren und mit dem PKW anreisen, möglichst nach 17 Uhr, dann ist es in der Fußgängerzone ruhiger. Für Selbstversorger ist die Küche etwas spärlich ausgestattet, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Eingangsbereich an der Haustür und das Treppenhaus machen einen weniger gepflegten Eindruck und waren sicherlich längere Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt. Hier sollte man eine Lösung finden um den sonst sehr guten Gesamteindruck nicht zu schmälern. Wir würden den Vermieter und die Wohnung aber auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, allerdings fehlt es an genügend Ausstattung ( zu wenige Tassen, das Besteck ist minderwertig, Teekanne fehlt, keine Bierglas vorhanden). Der Service war top, unsere Anliegen wurden sofort erledigt. Die Abholung an der Fähre ( Danke, Herr Brasche) war sehr gut.

Leider eine eher spärlich ausgestattete Küche: keine Teekanne und nur 6 Tassen in einer Wohnung für 4-6 Leute sowie geringes Equipment fürs Kochen und nichts zum Backen, letzteres ist auch aufgrund der großen Anzahl hervorragender Konditoreien in der Nähe nicht nötig. Das Wäschepaket ist sein Geld wert und die Wohnung ist top sauber.
