Cosy, rustic cottage "La Rovere", 450 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees, meadows and vineyards. 2 km from the centre of Cossano Belbo, 4 km from the centre of Stefano Belbo, 20 km from the centre of Alba, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 80 km from the sea. Private: property 5'000 m2, terraced garden with trees, meadow, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 70 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Table tennis, volleyball court, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 500 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop 4.1 km, railway station "Alba" 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
