In the hamlet Alcaria Cova 4 km from the centre of Estói, 9 km from the centre of São Brás de Alportel, 12 km from the centre of Olhão, on a slope, in the residential district, 12 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 16'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 115 - 185 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. 650 m long narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.4 km, supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Vale Grande (Cerro), Estoi" 1.5 km, railway station "Faro" 16.1 km, sandy beach "Armona/Culatra" 12 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Fabulous villa with wonderful views

We chose this villa for its location ( peace and quiet) away from the busy tourist areas. The villa itself was perfect for us, modern, comfortable with a great outdoor area and pool. Obviously to get good views you have to go high up and the road leading up to the villa is a little tricky but worth it. Our only complaint really was the structure of management and a few things that could make the stay more enjoyable. The booking was done through VBRO but the company that the owners use is Interchalet, they then use a local agent as the owners do not speak any English so we had difficulty communicating and had to contact the local agents if we needed anything. The check-in was tricky as the owners did not speak English and we did not speak Portuguese. We had to give them €200 cash and then pay €1.50 per day per person tax in cash ( it would have been much easier if the tax was just included in the price). It would have been helpful if spare rubbish bin bags and a couple of dishwashing tablets were left for guests but the local agent told us that this was not their policy to leave items like this for guests. We thought that for the money we paid leaving one bag in the kitchen bin with no spare and one dishwasher tablet for a 9 night stay was a bit mean. It would have also been helpful to have a book with helpful suggestions re: restaurants, places of interest in the area etc. We enjoyed our stay and would book again but hopefully the owners will value our constructive feedback.

Maison magnifique

Le séjour a été excellent. La maison est très propre et parfaitement meublée. Tout est fait dans le goût et la qualité. Nous avons apprécié les 3 belles chambres et leurs salles de bains, ainsi que l'air conditionné dans toute la maison (au mois d'août il fait chaud ). Le jardin, la piscine et la vue sont vraiment sympas. Le quartier et paisible et relaxant. Et pour finir, j'ai gardé le meilleur pour la fin : des propriétaires adorables et bienveillants. Merci et peu être à une prochaine fois!

Das Haus liegt für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub ideal und es ist top ausgestattet.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Einziger Nachteil war, dass die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer nicht funktionierte.

Das wunderschöne Haus (Bj. 2018) ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es verfügt über eine hervorragende Ausstattung inkl. Astra-Sat-TV. Auch der extrem saubere Pool hat uns begeistert. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist top an einem Berghang mit Fernblick aufs Meer. Und das abseits des Massentourismus. Man benötigt einen Mietwagen um die Algarve zu erkunden!

La maison est très belle,très bien équipée avec ses 4 salles de bain. La piscine est top, tout est propre. L'agence inter-home ne sert pas à grand chose à part pour le payement, il faut contacter directement les propriétaires pour récupérer les clés.

Super tevreden

Wij hebben super genoten van onze vakantie. Het huis voldoet op alle terreinen. Het enige wat ontbrak was minstens 1 extra parasol. Voor 6 personen en evenveel ligstoelen was er slechts 1 parasol beschikbaar. Wat wij niet aangenaam vonden was dat de eigenaar meerdere keren per dag stapvoets met zijn wagen voorbij kwam gereden om alles te bekijken. Dat gaf ons een zeer wantrouwig gevoel.

ECHTER Urlaub! :)

Das haus ist modern, sauber und man fühlt sich unglaublich wohl. Der Pool ist groß, der Ausblick unbezahlbar. Wir haben es total genossen und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Allerdings ist ein Auto notwendig und für Ausflüge ist ein längerer Fahrtweg erforderlich. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir sind zu 100% erholt! Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Unterkunft war super sauber. Alle Geräte und Einrichtungen haben tadellos funktioniert. Ich habe noch nie einen so sauberen Pool gesehen, der sich vollständig selbst reinigt. Durch vollautomatische Rollläden am ganzen Haus fühlt man sich zu jeder Zeit sicher. Einziges Manko geht in Richtung des Architekten. Warum baut man Stufen direkt an den Ausgang der Terassentüren, das ist etwas gefährlich. Auch die etwas klein geratene Terasse verstehe ich nicht. Alles im allem aber mega schön u. Saube

Superschönes gepflegtes Haus mit Meerblick

Das neue wunderschöne Haus ist sehr gepflegt und man hat einen tollen Blick bis zum Meer. Die Sauberkeit (sowohl Haus als auch Pool) waren top. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und hat einen sehr schönen Pool. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und sympathisch. Beim Wäschewechsel nach einer Woche erfolgte sogar eine komplette und sehr gründliche Zwischenreinigung. Die Lage ist sehr beschaulich und ruhig, abseits des Massentourismus. Aber dennoch kann man mit dem Auto die Algarve problemlos erkunden.
