In the district of Kallavåg 2 km from the centre of Langevåg, 34 km from the centre of Haugesund, 47 km from the centre of Leirvik, 5 m from the sea, direct access to the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: natural state property 5 ha. Barbecue house, bathing jetty bathing place, fish-processing table. Motor boat (on order), parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, bus stop "Kåso" 2 km, railway station "Stavanger" 117 km, ferry "Stavanger" 117 km, sandy beach 15 m (small). Fishing possibilities 5 m. Nearby attractions: Espevær 4 km, Vikingmuseum Avaldsnes 40 km. The house is located directly next to the sea in a very popular fishing area.
