For shared use: natural state property 1'000 m2 with plants, courtyard, swimming pool fenced (12 x 5 m, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: bicycle rental. Available: bicycles (12) (extra). Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Shop 900 m, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 7.2 km, sandy beach 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Marina 2.5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.
