Private: natural state property 800 m2, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, table tennis. Steep motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop 1.6 km, sandy beach 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Bartavelle", 5-room house 220 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: upper floor: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Nice location but we’ll stay somewhere else next time

I should have listened to the other reviews. The driveway up and down to this house is terrible!!! It is so steep we couldn’t drive it. We had to park up on the main road and carry all our stuff up and down the hill/drive every day. Not much fun in the heat with bags and beach stuff! The house itself is grubby and worn and there is no a/c so we were forced to sleep with the windows open and got eaten alive by mosquitoes. The poor review is mainly for the pool area which is accessed from the house either inside by the dungeon under the house (smelly and dark) or by treacherous stairs from the patio. The outside stairs have steps missing and a handrail that has become unattached. This is very dangerous as the access down is quite steep. I would not recommend this house for anyone with small children or with mobility issues. The pool deck itself is uneven concrete pavers which are rough and cannot be sat on. The pool is not heated and was very cold in mid September. Most of the Sun loungers provided were broken and the umbrellas around the pool were broken and rusty. Clearly nobody has spent any money on this place for some time. Once we managed to connect, thanks to the lovely agent, Nathalie, coming back to the house to help us, the WiFi was intermittent and only French tv was available. Washing machine doesn’t drain and needs replacing. We were invaded by a herd of wild boar as we sat outside one night and our little dog went mad and chased them, so watch out for that. It was very scary. Also, we had a pool mechanic/plumber arrive at the house and walk down into the pool area to carry out work unannounced two mornings which we found very intrusive. The positives were the location of the house, close to beautiful Ste Maxime and the beaches. Also the agent for this property was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to help us. Be aware that you have to have a very large deposit in CASH ready to handover when you arrive!! We will definitely return to this area but will be booking elsewhere.

Rustig gelegen.Onze woning had geen internetverbinding en er was geen TVverbinding gedurende ons verblijf.Wij zijn 2 dagen ter plaatse moeten blijven voor een technieker die niet kwam opdagen.

Très bon accueil sur place. La maison mériterait un rafraîchissement, tout comme le contour de la piscine. De très bonnes vacances, coin sympathique et calme.

Piscine et parasols à entretenir

Piscine en mauvaise état, mosaïque manquante, nous nous sommes coupes aux orteils, des lampes qui se baladent dans la piscine avec le câble électrique, des parasols complètement à l’abandonne, malgré nos demandes aux personnes sur place, rien à était arrangé.. une table de Ping pong qui tombe sur les pieds et la réponse !ÇA RESTE COMME ÇA ! Pas de ventilation dans les chambres à l’étage, même pas un ventilateur #

Das haus ist gut ausgestattet....

Das haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. die Möbel riechen etwas muffig und sind schon älter. Das Wasser im Pool ist nicht wärmer als das Meer. Das Schlimmste, weshalb ich das Haus nicht noch einmal buchen würde: die abenteuerlich steile Stichstraße zum Grundstück. Sonst war alles zufriedenstellend. Reisetipps: Stau in Richtung St. Tropez, aber in der Nachsaison nicht ganz so schlimm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug. Ausflühe nach Menton über Nizza, nach St. Raphael, natürlich St. Tropezsehr empfehlenswert. Geheimtipp: Insel Porquerolles bei Hyeres. Wie in der Südsee. Traumhaft!

Well located, spacious villa

Excellent location; quiet and peaceful. Close to all amenities. Pool clean, clear and in full sun until early evening. Property liaison friendly, helpful and good communication from day of arrival. Villa quickly felt like home. Have already re-booked for next year

La villa est très bien equipé conforme a l'annonce le seul pb est pour le stationnement avec un grand vehicule car il y a un virage sérré en descente pour accédé au parking de la maison par contre il y a un parking a 100 métres Par contre la personne qui s'occupe de cette location est très gentille serviable et disponible merci a elle

Positiv: die sehr schöne und ruhige Lage des Hause. Die Terasse und der Pool waren prima, haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war okay.Negativ: die extrem steile Hauszufahrt, die Möbel rochen muffig, Küche lieblos und billig ausgestattet (u.a. defekte Kaffeenmaschine), Badezimmerfenster war defekt, ließ sich nicht öffnen.Sonnenschirm am Pool war kaputt.

Top vakantiehuis in Sainte-maxime

Ruim, degelijk vakantiehuis in de heuvels van Sainte-Maxime met dan ook een leuk uitzicht. Ongeveer 1,5km bergopwaarts dus reken te voet wel ong. 30 minuten naar dichtbijzijnde strand, centrum Sainte-Maxime is ong. 40 minuten te voet. Het huisje is binnen zeer ruim voor 8 personen, maar wel ietwat verouderd. De grootste troef is dan ook sowieso buiten! Heerlijk terras met wijds zicht en bijna heel de dag zon op de gelijkvloers. Een verdieping lager vind je het ruime zwembad met rondom relax-/zonneklop ruimte. Nog een stukje lager heb je een jeu-de-boule veldje. Voor kinderen is er buiten misschien wat weinig vrije speelruimte? Prijs-kwaliteit een superlocatie!
