Property composed of main house and outbuilding 8.7 km from the centre of Castelnuovo Val di Cecina, 4.5 km from the centre of Sasso Pisano, 21 km from the centre of Massa Marittima, in a secluded position on a slope, 45 km from the sea, 4.5 km from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: property, terraced garden with plants and flowers, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 07.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). 200 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises.
