Located directly on the picturesque Schliersee, our cozy apartments offer the perfect retreat for relaxing days. Look forward to modern living comfort, traditional flair and warm hospitality.

The apartment is an ideal destination for every season: great location, just a few minutes' walk from Schliersee and the village center and surrounded by cycling, hiking and skiing areas on the edge of the Alps. In winter you can visit various ski areas (Spitzingsee, Sudelfeld, Brauneck, Oedberg) around the village (ski bus within walking distance), there are cross-country ski trails, ice skating or curling on frozen lakes, enjoy a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride or try a toboggan ride downhill on one of the surrounding toboggan runs. Snowshoe hikes with a stop at a mountain hut are also possible. Or you can enjoy the Monte Mare swimming pool in the village and enjoy a day of swimming with slides and wellness.
In summer you can enjoy numerous leisure activities: Mountain hiking of all levels of difficulty, summer toboggan runs, climbing parks in the forest, swimming/boating in the lakes in the area, cycling tours, paragliding, festivals and experiencing lively Bavarian culture.
For children there is a wide range of activities around the Schliersee: round trip over the Schliersee, lido with restaurant and large playground, beach volleyball court and trampoline in the water, Schliersbergalm accessible by cable car, mini golf, pool area, Wasmeier open-air museum, herb walks, pony rides, adventure playgrounds, mountain cart rides on the Spitzingsee or walks to the Josefstal waterfalls (suitable for baby carriages) and much more.
Munich is only 40 minutes away by car. Other interesting places such as Neuschwanstein Castle or the highest point in Germany - the Zugspitze or even Salzburg or Innsbruck in Austria - are easily accessible by car as day trips and are highly recommended.
