The Finnhütte is located in Eldena in a quiet part of town and is available year-round, making it a wonderful base for a vacation at any time of year. The gently sloping sandy beach is only about 400 m away and is especially inviting for families with small children to swim and play by the water.

From here, you can easily plan many excursions: Nearby are the romantic fishing village of Wieck, with its historic wooden drawbridge, as well as Eldena with its post mill, Elisenhain, and the monastery ruins that once impressed Caspar David Friedrich. Well-developed bike paths and walking trails offer plenty of opportunities for biking, skating, hiking, and strolling. Those who enjoy spending time by and on the water will find a wide range of options on the Greifswald Bodden, from boating and fishing to surfing and kitesurfing. Day trips to the islands of Rügen and Usedom are also easily accessible from here.



Finnhütte:

The Finnhütte can accommodate up to 6 people and is comfortably furnished—perfect for families or vacations with friends. The centerpiece is the living/dining room with a sleeper sofa, satellite TV, CD radio, and DVD player, so you can enjoy relaxing evenings even when the weather isn’t ideal. Two separate bedrooms provide private spaces to retreat to. The fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave) makes it easy to prepare your own meals while on vacation. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

The Finnhütte is well-suited for families: a crib and high chair are available free of charge, as is a playground. Outside, the south-facing terrace—partially covered and furnished with patio furniture—is the perfect spot for breakfast and unwinding at the end of the day. The parking space is located directly on the property.

Check-in is Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Different check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement.



Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is possible from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
