The area is characterized by exceptional climatic conditions due to its proximity to the forest and the sea. It is one of the most important health resorts in Poland.

The residential complex is monitored. Nearby is the well-known Hotel Grand Lubicz, where guests can use the sauna, pool, tennis court, or bowling alley for a fee.

The apartments feature high-quality amenities, and each includes a kitchenette. The building is equipped with an elevator.

For select apartments, the complex offers on-site parking or parking in front of the building (for an additional fee during the high season).

A refundable security deposit of PLN 300 is collected on site.
Dogs are allowed in the selected apartments. The additional cost for staying with a four-legged friend is 100 PLN (one-time fee). We ask guests planning to stay with a dog to contact our local office in advance.
Apartments are equipped with bed linens and towels.
The visitor’s tax is not included in the price. It must be paid in cash at the local office on the day of check-in.
A refundable security deposit of 300 PLN will be collected on site.

To check in before arrival, you must complete the following online procedures: Signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental balance (if only a portion has been paid), the cleaning fee, security deposit, and tourist tax, etc., as well as any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g., parking for stays with a dog).
At select properties, you can access the apartment using a code at the door or a key dispenser. The code will be provided on the day of check-in after the formalities have been completed. You will receive information regarding key pickup a few days before your arrival. If key pickup takes place at the local office, please contact us by phone to arrange the key pickup (at least 24 hours before your arrival).
