Apartment 'Résidence 17' with Mountain View and Balcony

Bright 3-room apartment of 40 m² for 6 guests, ideally located in the center of the resort. The large south-facing balcony offers stunning views of the mountains and ski slopes. All shops and ski lifts (Jandri and Diable) are within easy reach. The apartment features a comfortable living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, fondue and raclette sets, Nespresso and filter coffee makers), TV, and a 140 cm sofa bed. There is one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and balcony access, another bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Parking is available in the residence depending on availability, but a private space is not guaranteed. A ski storage room is at your disposal. Bed linen and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed in the apartment.

    Great apartment, good equipment, excellent location

    Really good apartment right in the centre of town, close to good bars and restaurants. Host was communicative and friendly, check in/out was simple and efficient. Would stay here again and have already booked this apartment for next year.

    Really nice size place and well stocked, great stay. My only complaint is that the mattress is quiet dirty (yes there was a mattress protector but still not nice)

    Very nice, clean apartment

    I booked an apartment with Anne-Alexia but couldn’t go myself. My friends who went said she was extremely helpful and the apartment was first class.

    Rooms with a view ++++

    Everything about this property is perfect. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Ample space for 4 adults and all our gear/equipment/jackets. The decoration is tasteful and comfortable, but the real wow factor here is the terrace, complete with table and chairs with views out to La Muzelle. We will stay here again at the first opportunity.

    A great stay overall

    Check in was smooth and the apartment was clean on arrival. I will however caution that you have to pay a €600 euro deposit on arrival. €100 of which is for cleaning the apartment, but you are given the option to clean it yourself if you wish. The location was perfect. Everything within walking distance and two good pubs directly opposite. The diy aspect may not be for everyone (putting bed sheets on yourself etc), but it keeps the costs down. The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked most nights. But there is also a couple of nice food places around. We were really disappointed that no basics were supplied. For example, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponges, cloths, cooking oil, etc. But, again, for the price, it’s ok. The dishwasher broke on the last night, but the concierge was helpful. The shower plug was also blocking up from the moment we arrived, but this is probably a building issue as opposed to the apartment in isolation. Overall, it’s a cosy, comfortable apartment with beautiful views and very conveniently located. We would certainly stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

    Superbe appartement pour 6 personne , très beau balcon ! Appartement bien équipé (lave vaisselle , machine à laver , produit ménager..). Emplacement près des remontées pour le ski et en plein centre ville. Cependant Ville très bruyante la nuit.

    Très bien hormis bruit dans la résidence

    Très bon emplacement et facile à trouver, idéal au pied des pistes et des commodités. Logement propre, bien agencé, avec entrée permettant de déposer les affaires de ski après la journée . Balcon plein sud très agreable. Seul bémol, vie nocturne très animée et beaucoup de bruit la nuit dans la résidence (musique forte avec décibels très élevés) qui ne nous ont empêché de dormir entre minuit et 6h du matin. Peut être faudrait il signaler aux résidents de ne pas faire de bruits passé minuit, les enfants et nous mêmes étions épuisés a la fin du sejour. Quelques equipement défectueux a notre arrivée mais qui ont été remplacés. A part ces points, le reste était parfait
