APPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Beautiful, stylishly furnished 2-room flat on the 1st floor, in a quiet and central location. Living/dining room with exit to the balcony. Mountain view. Internet and TV. Open kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Coffee machine Nespresso. Bathroom with shower/WC/sink. Double room with boxspring bed. New, comfortable furniture. Garage place. Washer/dryer combi in the apartment. Ski room for shared use. Non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Cravunera is located in a quiet settlement built at the beginning of 1990 at the start of the village of Sils Maria. Cross-country skiing trails can be found in the immediate vicinity. The valley station of the Furtschellas cable car can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by sports bus (bus stop 50m from the house). The sports bus leaves every half hour in all directions in winter. Hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity.
