The Haus Greif holiday flat, which is located in the Burgrain district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, offers a panoramic view of the Alpine chain with the Zugspitze. The 49 m² accommodation consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (one for one person and one for 2 people), a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 5 people. Facilities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, beach/pool towels, children's books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also available. This holiday flat has a private balcony where you can relax in the evening.

The accommodation is located near the river and public transport is within walking distance. 2 bus stops within walking distance.

There are numerous cycling and hiking trails right on the doorstep. Shopping facilities for daily needs are also within walking distance. The Loisach river is just a 2-minute walk away, and Farchant's outdoor pool is only 10 minutes away - perfect for cooling off after your adventures.

There is a car park at the property and free parking is available on the street. An e-car charging station is available.

2 touring bikes are available (e-bike hire is organised).

The accommodation has a parking space on the property for motorbike and bicycle as well as a ski depot.

Hundefreundliches älteres Ehepaar . Wer DDR gemischt mit bayrischen Stil mag , ist dort richtig . Ausblick Balkon direkt auf Zugspitze. 5m von Haustür gleich der gut begehbare Fluss . Ich habe ein Körbchen extra bekommen für mein Hund sowie Tuch für nasse Pfoten . Schaukelstuhl ein Highlight und bequem . Alles genau erklärt bekommen über Sehenswürdigkeiten, was man beachten muss , Tipps usw . Komme gern wieder. Lg

Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber war überwältigend

Pros: Man wird herzlich empfangen. Selbst für den Hund gab es Leckerlis. Die Unterkunft ist voll ausgestattet. Alles was man Zuhause hat für den Alltag, gibt es dort auch. Wer achtet bitte noch heutzutage auf so etwas? Es ist als würde man auf eine voll ausgestattete Wohnung aufpassen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Selbst die Gastgeber haben ihre Zeit geopfert und uns fast eine Stunde über mögliche Ausflugsziele informiert. Auch über das schlechte Wetter gut beraten, was man wann tun sollte und wann nicht. Unterm Strich war der Urlaub perfekt. Wir würden wieder buchen. Ohne Gnade. Cons: Wir mussten einen Tag früher abreisen. Grund dafür war das Wetter am letzten Tag. Es war unberechenbar und da wir an den Tagen davor schon fast überall waren, dachten wir, wir fahren einen Tag vorher ab um dem Schneechaos zu entfliehen. Diese Entscheidung hat nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun. Garmisch ist nun mal was das Wetter angeht eine richtige Zicke. Das Wetter schlägt im Minutentakt um.
