Guests have access to a shared outdoor area, garden, and outdoor shower. The pool will be unavailable in summer 2026 due to maintenance. Public transport can be reached on foot. Free on-street parking is available. You can use a washing machine and dryer in the shared basement for an additional fee. Bringing up to 2 pets is permitted for an additional fee. Smoking and parties are not allowed. A ski storage room is provided.

Nice clean appartment, good location to explore all the sights around Garmisch Partenkirchen. It is a bit noisy though as it is right near a main road but you get used to it.
