Mäntylahti is a spacious rental villa that can accommodate a larger group for a vacation. During the summer (20.4.-30.10.) the use of the hot tub is included in the rent. The same owner has a rental cottage 17035 Kukkalahti next door, in total these two villas can accommodate 28 people, so there is space for a larger group for a holiday or business event if necessary.

53 km northeast of Savonlinna, Orivesi/Paasselkä (Saimaa) 60 m, hard, gently deepening sandy bottom, dock, rowing boat, two canoes and sup-board available.

Log cabin 2013, living room kitchen with air heat pump, 3 bedrooms with double bed in each, toilet and shower in the bathroom, hall, covered back terrace.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double bed and balcony in each, living room with sofa bed for two and air heat source pump, toilet in the bathroom.

A separate sauna building with a wood stove in the sauna, a toilet, shower and washing machine in the washroom, a fireplace room with a sofa bed for two. A large covered terrace, which is connected to a table and a dining table for the whole group. Wooden summer kitchen for outdoor cooking. Open swimming in winter.

Note: The use of the hot tub is included in the accommodation price ONLY during the summer season 20.4.-30.10. Frost restriction -15 degrees. The customer fills, heats and empties the hot tub himself. If you want to use the bowl already filled and preheated, you can agree on it with the owner for an additional fee of 50 euros, payment to the owner.

Note! During the winter (November - April), the hot tub can only be used pre-filled and preheated for an additional fee of 50 euros, frost restriction -15 degrees. The use and heating of the hot tub must be agreed in advance and payment also straight to the owner.
