Newly built holiday apartment with almost all amenities for a comfortable stay close to nature. The equipment is almost complete, towels, bed linen, soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, etc. are available. A new kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, hot air fryer, food processors + all kitchen utensils are available. If required, I can provide you with a drawer in our freezer that you may need for frozen products.

I look forward to welcoming nice guests and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. On my property we love the coziness, the village peace and quiet and enjoy the surrounding nature. Ahausen is a small town near Rotenburg/Wümme and has around 1800 inhabitants. We have an easily accessible village shop (EDEKA) with fresh rolls and all basic groceries. A wine studio and other small shops also adorn the main street. We do larger purchases in the towns of Rotenburg, Sottrum, Verden/Aller, 12 km away, or in the Dodenhof shopping center, which is about 15 km away.

I can usually be reached 24/7 on my cell phone. In an emergency, you can also contact me directly by ringing my doorbell. In the apartment you will find specially compiled documents for your stay with all the relevant information, tips and advice, as well as seasonal discount cards for event parks, events or other events.

In addition, the adjacent nature with all its possibilities for relaxing on long walks, enjoying bike rides or taking trips to the not too far away recreational areas (e.g. Lüneburg Heath, Wümmeniederung, NABU nature reserves) or hiking on the northern trails of the region (for people who prefer flatland hiking).

The apartments are a perfect starting point for your activities in nearby event parks such as Magic Park Verden, Heide Park Soltau and Serengeti Park Hodenhagen etc.

It is only 20 minutes to Bremen with many other activities such as the Bremen Town Musicians, trade fairs etc.

Bus and train connections to Rotenburg/Wümme and from there to Hamburg or Bremen are also possible, so you can just leave your car behind.

ROW is only 12km away and easy to reach by bike. Touring bikes with gears are available free of charge.
