Quiet 60sqm Penthouse near BER Airport

Summary:
Quiet and cosy 3 room penthouse with two terraces, 7 minutes to the airport BER Berlin Brandenburg (bus 164). Fully equipped with your own kitchen, your own bathroom, dining area, bedroom and spacious living room. Through the double bed in the bedroom and the stable sofa bed in the living room, it is suitable for four persons. Elevator available. Close to the metro station Schönefeld which takes around 40 minutes to the city centre. Only 40 min to Tropical Island by car. Fast and free Wi-Fi.

The Space:
The apartment is in the fourth and top floor of an idyllic and quiet residential block. The apartment consists of a living room, a double bedroom, a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The stable couch in the living room is extendable so that a total of 4 people can comfortably stay in the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the most important kitchen utensils: refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, water kettle, microwave, dishwasher with tabs, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc.

The bathroom has a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower. A washing machine is also available.
In the living room is a large TV (40 inches) with HDMI connection. An HDMI cable for playing videos from your laptop is also available. The Internet connection is very fast, so that you can surf without problems and work at the small desk with your laptop. A Bluetooth speaker for playing your own music is also available.

The apartment has two terraces. A big terrace is right next to the kitchen, with a table for breakfast and a view of the quiet and pretty courtyard. The other terrace can be reached directly from the living room and invites you to sit comfortably and let the evening end. In the distance, you can see the airport and can watch the aircraft starting and landing. Due to the situation that the aircraft start and land parallel to the apartment (not above it), you won't be disturbed by loud noises.

Parking is available on the street in the residential complex and is generally not more than 50 meters away from the entrance of the apartment.

To the next metro station is 15 minutes to walk (S-Bahn Schönefeld). From here you can reach the city center within 40 minutes (for example Alexanderplatz or Brandenburger Tor).

To the Airport BER Berlin Brandenburg it is 7 min by car (costs maximum €20 by taxi), 10 min with bus 164 for a small fee or 20 min to walk.
To Tegel Airport it takes about 1h by public transport and 35 min by taxi (about €50).

By car, you can reach the famous Tropical Island within 40 min and especially with children it is a great experience and highly recommended.

No additional costs will incur on site.

Guest Access:
Through the main entrance, you come to the stairwell of the multifamily house. Here you take the elevator to the fourth floor. When you get out of the elevator, the entrance of the apartment is on the left side. If I'm not working, or it is too late, I'll give you the keys and show you everything. If that is not possible, you can also check in independently via a pin code.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a quiet and new housing complex in the south-east of Berlin. Due to its proximity to the airport and the Adlershof Science Center, the apartment is ideal for tourists, commuters, fitters and workers who are looking for proximity to Berlin, the airport and the science centre. As the apartment is parallel to the airport is not a direct overflying, whereby the apartment is quiet.
Shops are within walking distance (Lidl, Edeka-Center, Rossmann, bakery, sports shop, flower shop, pharmacy).

Getting Around:
Parking directly in the street in front of the apartment is no problem. To the next station it is 15 minutes walk and from thereon you need 40 minutes to the city centre (e.g. Alexanderplatz or Brandenburg Tor). The airport can be reached in 4 minutes by taxi and cost maximum €10.
The bus stop is also in the immediate vicinity.

Other Things to Note:
There are no additional costs on site.

No films, software or other forbidden data may be downloaded via the WLAN as this is strictly forbidden in Germany, prosecuted and fined.

Smoking is forbidden in the whole apartment, please use the terraces.
