NEW Holiday home Paditz with pool

Our vacation home has 80 m² of living space: 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen with a sitting area, 1 bathroom with tub, shower, toilet, sink, and mirror; a large living area with a wood-burning stove and TV; an entryway; a balcony; a patio; and a playground in the garden (sandbox, swing, slide, and trampoline), a barbecue area, a fire pit, and an outdoor pool; there are lounge areas by the pool in the garden. Bedroom: two single beds; Bedroom: double bed with a crib and a rollaway bed; Kitchen: dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker. The balcony is covered, and smoking is permitted there. Bedding and towels are included in the price.
Electricity/energy is billed on-site based on usage. Markersbach is located between Aue and Schwarzenberg. We don’t live in the center but a bit off the beaten path in a beautiful, rural, and quiet setting. Since Federal Highway 101 runs through our town, a bus runs hourly between Annaberg and Aue and back. The town features a Technical Museum, home to one of the largest pumped-storage power plants in Europe. Brand new is “Glück Auf—The Adventure Park”—a children’s adventure park right in town. You can hike and bike around the upper and lower reservoirs. There’s also a railroad bridge, nicknamed the “Matchstick Bridge” because of its many struts.
