2 ½ room apartment, approx. 68m2, on the 1st floor. Living room with TV, dining area and balcony. Closed kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Double bedroom with access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. One bedroom with bunk bed, separable from the living room with a curtain. Parking space in the garage (max. height 210cm, not suitable for wide cars). Non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The house Au Reduit is located in the centre of St. Moritz. Boutiques, shops, restaurants and bus stop are all in the immediate vicinity. The Chantarella Station is only 5 minutes away.

Vielen Dank für den freundlichen Empfang. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es wäre praktisch, wenn Schlüsselübergabe direkt bei der Liegenschaft erfolgen könnte/würde. Es hatte noch ein paar Pfannen, welche mit dem neuen Induktionsherd nicht funktionieren. Wir haben diese nicht mehr in Schrank geräumt, sondern bei der Durchreiche deponiert.
