The brand-new and freshly furnished ground-floor vacation apartment ELSAS KOJE is less than a 10-minute walk from the lively hustle and bustle of the beach and is your “place to be”—with a chic and thoughtfully designed interior for the whole family or a getaway with your very best friends. Your furry friend is also welcome.
A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage (entry height 2 m). You can park your bikes right next door.
We’ve even got a handcart and a SUP board ready for you.

Booking Information

If pets are allowed in this vacation rental, this applies exclusively to dogs.

We felt very comfortable in the vacation rental. The property manager was very helpful and friendly. I don’t have much to complain about, though there could have been a few more pots and pans. The mattress in the double bedroom was too soft, and an instruction manual in German for the induction stove would have been helpful. That didn’t detract from our overall comfort, though.

The apartment has a really great layout and is very well equipped. As always with Quartierfreund, the booking process was excellent, and the on-site manager was very easy to reach. The price is also very reasonable. Distance to the pier: 1.3 km, about a 15-minute walk. Supermarkets are a 2-minute walk away, and access to the garage and the locked bike storage area in the garage is also great. Personally, we found the mattress on the double bed much too soft, which led to severe neck stiffness, but that’s very subjective. It’s a box spring bed, with a firmness level more suited for people weighing up to 50 kilos. My wife weighs 54 kilograms, and even she found the bed significantly too soft. This is a new building from 2024. The door closers on both the apartment door and the basement doors aren’t adjusted, so the doors slam really loudly. Instead of adjusting them, they chose to put up a sign asking people to close the doors quietly. It doesn’t make sense. But even that doesn’t warrant a lower rating. I left a message for the building manager; maybe it will still be fixed.
